		<description>Thanks for such kind words Alec. I&#039;m glad you&#039;re enjoying the issue. I would like to point out though, that the selections were/are made by the editorial committee as a whole, which this year included Vicki Thornton, Peter Farrar, Amanda le Bas de Plumetot, Lisa Wardle, Les Zigomanis and Bel Woods as well as myself. And of course the shortlisted competition pieces were selected by the judges. I love that having a mix of people on selection helps each issue to contain a diversity of voices and styles, and pleased even more to hear that this is definitely working for readers.
